Our Staff Members
Mark Quinn
Mr. Mark Quinn graduated from Michigan State University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science-pre-law. He received his juris doctorate degree in 1990 graduating from the University of Akron, School of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1990. Mark has been admitted to practice law in the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal Courts, and the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians Tribal Court.
Mark, a lifelong Manistee resident, has been active in the community. He has served as vice president of the Casman Academy Board of Directors; he has been the president of the Manistee County Michigan State Alumni Club; he has served with the City Council; and he is a member of the Michigan State Bar Representative Assembly and the Manistee County Bar Association.
Mark was voted Manistee’s best attorney in 2011 and 2009, and is active in supporting numerous charitable causes. Mark is married to Wendy Quinn. He has three children of his own and two step-children.
Mark has a reputation for being straightforward with clients. He will not just tell clients what they want to hear, but how the facts and law apply to their individual situation. He realizes clients work very hard for their money and want to receive the best legal representation possible. Mark is committed to providing that representation.
Darlene Gardner-RogersOffice Manager / Legal Assistant
Mrs. Darlene Gardner-Rogers was born and raised in Manistee County and resides in Bear Lake with her husband, Jerry. Mrs. Gardner-Rogers graduated from Bear Lake High School and received an Associate of Applied Arts and Science from West Shore Community College in 2002.
Darlene previously worked at the Manistee Probate Court as probate register and has worked in the legal field for over 10 years.
Darlene has worked at our office since 2009. Darlene has a strong work ethic and a very good “listening ear.”
Shannon Dahlgren, Paralegal
Mrs. Shannon Dahlgren was born and raised in Mason County and has resided in Manistee County with her husband, John, and their three children for the last 14 years.
Shannon received her Bachelor of Applied Sciences and Paralegal Studies from Davenport University in Grand Rapids in April of 2010 and started at our office shortly thereafter. She graduated with high honors and was a member of Lambda Epsilon Chi. She also has an associate degree in business administration. She is A.L.S. and N.A.L.S. accredited and is pursuing a PL certification.
